摘　　要：介绍近年国内外蔗糖品种的现状和发展趋势,探讨适合我国开发生产的蔗糖新品种,实现蔗糖产品多样化,以满足国内食糖消费需求。研究分析表明:由于红糖、速溶糖和液体糖的生产工艺简化、节能降耗、投资成本低、需求量大,在我国具有良好的发展前景。This paper introduces the current situation and development trend of sucrose product domestic and abroad, discusses sucrose new product suitable in development and production in China. The diversification of sucrose product can meet the demand for domestic sugar consumption. Analysis showed： due to the simplified production process, energy saving, low investment cost and large demand, brown sugar, quick sugar and liquid sugar have good prospects for development in our country.
