高校教学团队建设的探索与实践——以西安工业大学工商管理类专业核心课程教学团队建设为例

摘　　要：高校教学团队的建设对提高教学质量、培养创新型人才具有重要作用。作为省级教学团队,西安工业大学工商管理类专业核心课程教学团队围绕着学科建设平台的搭建、理论教学与实践教学相结合的教学体系的完善以及课程师资梯队的构建等方面进行了一系列的探索与实践,并取得良好的成效,希望能为同类院校教学团队的建设提供参考。Teaching Team-Building in college and university has play an important role on the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative talents.As a provincial teaching team,around the subjects of the building of discipline platform and the perfection of theory teaching and practice teaching and the construction of teacher echelon,a series of practice and exploration are made in teaching team-building on business administration majors core curriculum of Xi＇an Technological University,getting some remarkable achievements.The practice and exploration may provide some guidance with the building teaching team for other college and university.
