摘　　要：目的研究分析中医医院护理人员中医护理知识技能掌握及培训需求。方法问卷调查法:对1 199名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员对各项中医护理知识技能掌握情况不容乐观,培训需求度均较高。结论医院应重视培训需求分析,制定不同职称护理人员中医护理培训大纲和教材,合理安排培训时间、内容,提高中医护理培训质量和效能。Objective To study and analyze the professional knowledge level and training demands of nursing personnel in Chinese medical hospitals. Method Nursing workers （n=1 199） were given questionnaires for survey. Result The status of nursing personnel in grasping TCM nursing knowledge was not optimistic, and training demands was strong. Conclusion Hospitals should pay more attention to analysis on training demands, set out training programs and textbooks of TCM nursing for nursing workers with different professional titles, arrange reasonable training time and content, and improve training quality and efficiency.
