摘　　要：从新制度主义的视角分析,"校地互动"转型发展存在着政府、企业与院校本身在利益、权力以及文化等方面的冲突,政企校必须通过加大投入,实现多方共赢,在管理体制上要理顺权力结构关系,并促进政企校之间文化价值融合,消解这些冲突,促进新建本科院校成功实现"校地互动"的转型发展。From the perspective of the New institutionalism, there exist conflicts between government, enterprise and university about interest, authority and culture. To handle these conflicts, investment should be increased by government, enterprise and university to achieve reciprocity; the power structure should be clarified; and the cultures and value of government, enterprise and university should be harmonized.
