摘　　要：开发职业心理资源,将学生潜在的职业心理能力纳入职业考试选拔范畴,在职业教育中注重激发、培养学生的职业兴趣、职业动机、职业情感、职业意志,增强学生的职业学习认知能力和职业天赋能力指数,实现教育生源与教育资源的合理配置,使职校学生有价值、有自信、有成就、有自尊。把学生培养成为有职业专长、具有职业信念、职业人格完善的高素质技术人才是职业教育改革发展的重要内容。The current paper argued that it is important to develop psychological resources of vocational education; students＇ potential professional psychological ability to be added into professional examinations selection category; to pay attention to arouse and train students＇ career interest, motivation, emotion, will in vocational education; to enhance students＇ cognitive ability about the professional studies and the capacity index of professional talent; to realize the reasonable allocation of source of students and education; and to foster the sense of value, confidence, achievement and self-esteem of vocational school students.
