摘 要:目的修订并应用膳食质量指数(DQI)评价上海市黄浦区成人居民膳食营养状况,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法根据中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)及中国居民膳食指南(2007)对DQI进行修订。采用修订的DQI对上海市黄浦区447名成人居民的膳食营养状况进行评价。结果 DQI总分均数为(15.5±11.5)分,DQI负端分均数为(-14.3±6.2)分,DQI膳食质量距的均数为(44.2±9.8)分。68.0%的膳食模式为模式F,提示主要膳食问题为严重摄入过量。结论修订的DQI可用于评价成年居民的总体膳食质量。黄浦区成年居民主要膳食问题是碳水化合物摄入不足,脂肪摄入过量,因此,有必要采取有效的干预措施引导居民合理膳食。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the whole dietary quality of adults in Huangpu District of Shanghai by revised Diet Quality Index (DQI)and offer the scientific basis to lay down efficacious intervention. METHODS To revise DQI in line with Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes(DRIs)and Dietary Guidelines for Chinese residents(2007). To use the revised DQI to assess the Dietary Quality of 447 adults in Huangpu District of Shanghai. RESULTS The DQI total score was(15.5~l 1.5). The DQI lower bound was(-14.3+6.2). The DQI distance was (44.2+9.8). The major DQI pattern was pattern F covering 68.0% of the whole adults, reminding us many overnutrition-related issues. CONCLUSION The revised DQI is feasible to evaluate the whole dietary quality of adults. The adults' consumption of carbohydrate was inadequate and that of fat was excessive. Efficient intervention should be taken to improve the dietary quality of residents.
