摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和分析归纳法,论述了体育选项课产生的背景,对我院大学生体育选项课现状进行调查,结果表明,我院大学生体育选项课受到:兴趣爱好、目的需要、运动项目的特点、受同学的影响、教师等多种因素的影响。并提出相应的对策与建议,以期在理论与实践上为高职院校体育教学改革与发展提供有益探索。Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and induction, this paper discusses the background and teaching of sport optional class in Nanhua College of Industry and Commerce. The result shows that the sport optional class in our university is affected by hobbies and interests, objective needed, sports event character and teacher and classmate. Based on it, countermeasure and suggestion are put forward in order to pro- vide the benefit reference for physical education reform and development in higher vocational college.
