基于校企合作实践的汽车专业校内实训中心建设模式构想

摘　　要：针对高职院校汽车专业校内实训中心建设构想一种全新建设模式.对现有校企合作实践模式和运作流程进行分析与总结.在此基础上,基于功能建设、师资管理与培养、设备运作、培养环境和矛盾调构想汽车专业校内实训中心建设模式.与上海大众汽车公司校企合作项目实践应用表明,构想的模式既创新汽车专业校内实训中心建设模式,又符合学院、合作企业、学生多方共赢需求.A new construction model was conceived for intramural practice training center of automobile profession in higher vocational college. Model and operation process was analysed and summarized for existing practice of college and enterprise coorperation. On this basis, construction model of intramural practice training center of automobile profession was conceived based on function construction, management and cuhivation of teachers, operation of equipment, culture environment and coordinating contradiction. The application results from practice of college and enterprise coorperation with Shanghai Volkswagen Motor Compangy show that conceived model will both create construction model of intramural practice training center of automobile profession and meet the multilateral win-win demand of college and enterprise and pupil.
