摘 要:对食物的追求是人类整个历史活动的主轴线,而工业化以及随之而来的消费社会的到来,使得作为生命必需品的食物具有了工业化生产的商品属性,即可大量、快速、方便、高效生产。食物逐渐从个体化的、主体性的、充满私人感和自然感的"妈妈的味道"堕落成大众的、他者的、千篇一律的工业化的"麦当劳汉堡",并脱离了人类的掌控,使人类在没有完全摆脱传统的食物缺乏问题的同时,不得不面对"食品不安全"这个新的食物风险。The pursuit of food is the main axis of the entire history of the human activities. The industrialization and the consequent arrival of the consumer society made the food as life necessities having the product attributes of industrial production which can be produced largely, fast, conveniently and efficiently. The food degenerated gradually from individuals, subjectivity, full of private and natural feeling and "Mum's taste" into public, he's, machine-made and industrialized "McDonald's hamburger", out of the control of human which made human have to face a new food risk of "food insecure" while human did not completely get rid of the traditional problem of lack of food.
