摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育发展的重要途径，将优秀的企业文化融入校园文化，形成特色鲜明的高职校园文化，对于实现人才培养目标，提高高职院校竞争力，推动学校可持续发展具有重要意义．企业文化融入校园文化是高职校园文化的重要体现，需要不断探索校园文化和企业文化相融合的有效途径，创造出良好的高职院校育人氛围，为企业培养合格人才．School - enterprise cooperation is the important way in the development of higher vocational education. Combining the good enterprise culture into campus culture and forming the special vocational campus culture are very meaningful to realize the talent training project, increase the vocational colleges＇ competitive power and pro-mote the colleges＇sustainable development. Combining the enterprise culture into campus culture is the main repre-sentation of vocational campus culture. It needs explore the useful ways to combine the enterprise culture into cam-pus culture, create the good vocational education atmosphere and cultivate the qualified talents for the enterprises.
