摘　　要：元认知策略是较高层次的操作技能,是语言学习者为了确保学习的全过程和学习的成功而采取的调控手段。结合听力课堂教学对高职英语专业学生进行了15周的元认知策略培训,旨在验证元认知策略的可教性。结果表明:元认知策略培训有助于提高学生的听力理解水平和增强策略使用意识,能帮助学生提高自主学习能力。This research incorporated with listening teaching, conducted fifteen-week metacognitive strategy training among English majors in vocational colleges to test the teachability of metacognitive strategies. The results proved that the training helped improve the students＇ listening comprehension and increase the use of strategies. Meanwhile the training promoted the students＇ autonomous learning ability greatly.
