摘  要:滑菇子实体多糖(fruiting body polysaccharide,FPS)在抗氧化、增强机体免疫力等方面有重要作用。通过Plackett-Burman试验和响应面方法得到FPS的最佳提取条件:提取次数2.55,乙醇浓度95%,乙醇倍数3.22倍,其理论预测值为24.88%;对提取参数取整后,其实验值为24.53%。在FPS浓度为500 mg/L时,对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子和DPPH的自由基清除率分别为11.51%、23.37%和20.19%,其还原力为0.11,表明滑菇子实体多糖具有一定抗氧化能力。The fruiting body polysaccharide (FPS) from Pholiota nameko plays important roles in antiox- idation and enhancing immunity. The optimal parameters for FPS extraction were obtained through Plackett - Burman test and response surface method, including extraction times of 2.55, ethanol concentration of 95% and ethanol multiple of 3.22. The theoretical and the measured value of FPS yield were 24.88% and 24.53 %. The scavenging rate of FPS at a dosage of 500 mg/L on hydroxyl, superoxide anion and 1,1 - di- phenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals were 11.51%, 23.37%, and 20.19%, respectively, and its reducing power was O. 11. The results indicated that FPS had some antioxidant activity.
