摘  要:设计合成了4对以脯氨酸和4-羟基-α-氰基肉桂酸(CHCA)为骨架、作为手性选择子的化合物。通过ESI-MS/MS质谱方法研究氨基酸与手性识别子所形成的质子化二聚体和三聚体,评估了这些化合物对19种氨基酸的手性识别作用。探讨了手性识别子结构变化对氨基酸手性识别作用的影响。Four pairs of compounds designed based on scaffolds of proline and 4-hydroxy-α-cyanocynnmaic acid (CHCA) have been synthesized as the chiral selectors. Chiral recognition of these compounds towards 19 common amino acids was evaluated by investigating the ESI-MS/MS spectra of the protonated dimers and trimers formed between the amino acids and the chiral selectors. Effects of the structural change of the chiral selectors on chiral recognition towards the amino acids were discussed in this study.
