摘　　要：新课程改革倡导关注学生发展,培养学生能力,教师要发挥主导作用,引导学生动手实践、主动探索、合作交流。理念符合时代要求,符合人性发展,而小组互动机制是从理念到实践的很好的途径和办法,这个途径对培养学生的领导力、合作意识、交流沟通能力等非常有效。如何建立小组和建设小组并让小组持续发展是我们研究的话题。The new innovation of curriculum advocates students＇ development and encourages students＇ innovative spirit and practice ability. Teachers will keep their dominance and guide students to improve their ability of practice, exploration and cooperation. The group work and interactive mechanism shows the better means to develop the students leading ability, teamwork and communication skills, which conforms to the contemporary requirements and human nature development. The organization and maintain the group work and interactive mechanism will be discussed as follows.
