摘　　要：教育是灵动的,帮人全方位地发现自己,故应在丰富多样的形式中达成。本文呈现由一位女企业家个案引起的关于女性与成功话题的讨论,反映教育的感染力、影响力和启发力。The education is spiritual and it attempts to assist people growing and developing. So the education should adopt various forms. This paper records a forum caused by an entrepreneuse’s lecture on the theme of female and success. The charm, influence and inspire of education is reflected.
