摘  要:《高等教育系统——学术组织的跨国研究》一书将高等教育系统立足于"学科",并将其转化为操作实践中的"工作""信念""权力"三个要素,对高等教育系统的运行机理进行了分析。学科筑就了高等教育系统的基础,它的运行依旧没有脱离学科建制的范畴。但学科是知识的制度化形式,随着学科逐渐有碍知识变迁,高等教育系统的基于"跨越学科"的组织转型和变革也被提上日程,无论改革走向何方,高等教育系统的改革依然在强化其"知识机构"的本真面貌。The book, "the Higher Education System: Academic Organization in Cross - National Perspective", where the higher education system is based on "discipline", an- alyses on the operating mechanism and shows a view of discipline to explain the system from three aspects of work, faith and power. It shows the operation of the higher education system is limited by the discipline system, which is the foundation of the higher education system. While the discipline is an institutionalized form of knowledge, the organizational transformation and change of higher education system based on "cross discipline" has al- so been put on the agenda, along with the discipline impede gradually the transition of knowledge. No matter where the reform will tend to, the transformation of higher education system is always building its' knowledge institution essence.
