摘　　要："工作过程系统化课程"为高职思政课实践教学设计提供了新的维度和范式。基于"工作过程系统化"的高职思政课实践教学设计,就是着眼于高职人才的培养目标,贴近职业人的成长需要,按照高职学生的职业成长特点和能力发展规律,同时按照行动知识体系的构建方法、基于"工作过程"系统地构建思政课实践教学体系的过程。＂Working process systematization course＂ provides a new dimension and paradigm for practice teaching design of higher vocational ideological and political course. The practice teaching design based on ＂working process systematization＂ is a process of systematically constructing the practice teaching system of ideological and political course which is focusing on the training objective of higher vocational talents, close to the developmental needs of professionals and following students＂ professional growth law and law of capacity development and the method of action knowledge system construction.
