摘  要:推行职业院校教师企业实践制度对于职业教育发展具有重要意义。然而,由于现行职业院校教师企业实践制度存在若干缺失,主要包括对职业院校教师企业实践的认识不到位,促进企业支持职业院校教师实践的政策法规不健全,规范职业院校教师企业实践行为的管理制度不完善,激励职业院校教师参加企业实践的政策规定不落实,推行职业院校教师企业实践制度的相关政策不配套等,导致职业院校教师企业实践流于形式、实效性差。为此,要营造职业院校教师企业实践舆论环境,健全职业院校教师企业实践法律法规,完善职业院校教师企业实践管理制度,建立职业院校教师企业实践激励机制,增加职业院校教师尤其是专业教师编制。t Promoting the enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers is important for the development of voca- tional education. However, the deficiencies existing in the current enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers result that the enterprise practice become a mere formality and produce little effectiveness, such as the insufficience of vo- cational school teachers' cognition on enterprise practice, the imperfect policies and regulations on promoting enterprises to support vocational school teachers' enterprise practice, the imperfect management system for regulating the enterprise practice actions of vocational school teachers, the nonperformance of policies and regulations on stimulating vocational school teachers to participate in enterprise practice, and the incompatibility between the enterprise practice system for vo- cational school teachers and the relative policies, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers to create the public opinion environment, optimize the laws and regulations, perfect the man- agement system, establish the incentive mechanism and add the manning quotas for vocational school teachers especially professional teachers.
