摘　　要：体育教师专业发展的逻辑起点是基于专业的体育教学实践活动的开展,其内在逻辑意蕴体现为"体育教学中教与学的活动及其关系"。在此基础上,提出了一个分析体育教师专业发展的三维框架,即体育教师专业发展是对话、规训与权力的三维过程。三者分别从工作对象、自我和外在保障等角度构成了体育教师专业发展的三角支架,三个过程的协同推进能够较好实现体育教师专业发展。The logical starting point about professional development of PE teachers is based on the professional practice of PE activities. Its connotation is ＂teaching and learning activities and its relationship＂. On this basis, this paper presented an analysis of three-dimensional framework for professional development of PE teachers, which is the three-dimensional development of dialogue, discipline and power. They constitute the triangular frame from the perspective of work object, self and external security. The coordination of the three processes can improve the achievement of the professional development of PE teachers.
