摘　　要：健雄职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业以创建"中德工程训练中心"为平台,深化与德资企业的对接,创新"双元制"教育模式,实施"政行企校"四方联动的董事会管理下的专业运行机制,形成基于德国"双元制"的"定岗双元"人才培养模式,构建嵌入德国职业资格标准的"三模块递进式"的课程体系,并实行"行企校"三方参与的课程质量监控与评价模式。The electromechanical integration technology specialty of Jianxiong Vocational and Technical College, is based on the platform of establishing the ＂Sino-German Engineering Training Center＂ to deepen the linkage with German-fund- ed enterprises, innovate the German ＂dual-system＂ education mode and implement the specialty operation mechanism un- der the management of the board of directors linked the ＂government, industry, enterprise and college＂. Besides, the col- lege has formed the ＂dual-system fixed post＂ talents cultivation mode based the German ＂dual-system＂, constructed the ＂three modules progressive＂ curriculum system embedding the German vocational qualification standards and implemented the monitoring and evaluation mode for curriculum quality with the participation of ＂industry, enterprise and college＂.
