摘 要:目的探讨硒化乳酸菌胞外多糖(Se-EPS)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。方法从乳酸菌培养液中分离提纯乳酸菌胞外多糖(EPS),并将EPS与无机硒化剂反应,得到Se-EPS。采用体外细胞培养,测定Se-EPS对巨噬细胞吞噬能力,胞外一氧化氮(NO)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)分泌量的影响。结果 Se-EPS能够显著增强巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,NO和TNF-α的分泌量,并且在Se-EPS浓度为50~1000 g/ml之间呈浓度依赖性增加。结论 Se-EPS有助于促进巨噬细胞的细胞介导免疫反应、增强免疫反应的作用。Objective The immunomodulating effects of selenium exopolysaccharide (Se-EPS) on mouse peritoneal macrophages were investigated. Method Expolysaccharides (EPS), obtained from lactic acid bacteria culture, were isolated and purified, then reacted with inorganic selenium to form Se-EPS. The effects of Se-EPS on the phagocytic capability, nitrous oxide (NO) release and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-ct) activity of mouse peritoncal macrophages were assayed in vitro. Results Se-EPS, from 50 to 1000 μg/ml, could enhance macrophages phagocytosis and increase the production of NO and TNF-ct in dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Se-EPS could promote macrophage-mediated immune reaction and boost immune response
