摘　　要：通过对教育信息化政策文本的探析,对教育信息化热点议题的梳理,对《地平线报告》所预测技术的引介,文章分别探讨了当前教育信息化的实践趋势、理论动态与技术前沿。在前述探讨的基础上,文章结合对教育信息化产业格局的认识,阐释了《现代教育技术》杂志2013年的选题策划及栏目设置,以期与广大读者和作者共同探讨如何推进我国的教育信息化事业。In this article, the author discussed the current practice trends, the theory dynamic and technology frontier of education information technology by analyzing of the education policy text, combing of the hot topics of the educational information and introducing the predicted technology in the Horizon Report. Based on that, the topics planning and parts set of Modern Educational Technology magazine in 2013 is explained with the understanding of the industrial pattern of educational information, in order that the readers and authors will discuss together on how to advance Chinese education informatization.
