摘  要:五年制高师在小学、幼儿园教师培养方面特别注重专业思想教育、专业技能训练、教育实践环节,形成了自身优良的办学传统。面对高等教育大众化、师范院校综合化、教师教育专业化、小学教师本科化的新形势,五年制高师的发展面临着多种制约和挑战,必须以科学发展观为指导,抓住机遇,深化改革,科学确定未来发展的总体思路和战略目标,创新体制机制,提升培养层次。Five-year normal junior colleges,in terms of training primary school and kindergarten teachers,attach high importance to the profession-based ideological education,professional skill training as well as teaching practice,and they even have formed their own tradition.Faced with the new situation of the popularization of higher education,the integration of normal colleges,the specialization of teacher education and the trend of most primary teachers with bachelor degree,however,these colleges meet up with diverse constraints and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary for them to take the scientific outlook on development as guideline,keep a firm grasp of opportunities and deepen the reform,determine scientifically the overall idea and strategic objectives for their development,innovate the related systems and promote the training level as well.
