摘　　要：项目教学法在英语写作教学中能够激发学生学习英语的兴趣,提高写作能力,培养自主学习能力及合作能力。从概述项目教学法出发,介绍了项目教学的实施步骤,论述了项目教学的作用,包括激发学生学习热情、培养学生的综合能力等,并从教师素质及评价机制方面提出了项目教学的要求。The application of Project-based Teaching to English writing can arouse students＇ interest in learning English, improve their writing ability, cultivate their self-learning and cooperative capacity. The teaching procedure and functions of Project-based Teaching, such as, arousing students＇ learning enthusiasm, developing students＇ comprehensive ability are introduced and the requirements of Project-based Teaching to teachers and its evaluation mechanism are discussed.
