摘　　要：守法教育学应当是法学、教育学和心理学之间的一门交叉学科,是专门教育公民和组织守法的教育学。我国创立守法教育学具有必要性和可行性。守法教育学研究的对象是一切与守法教育相关的问题,需要综合采用哲学、法学、教育学、心理学和社会学等多学科的研究方法。守法教育学的理论体系必然在某种程度上反映交叉学科的某些内容,而且必须围绕其研究对象来展开研究。其理论体系应当是一个开放的学科体系,需要朝着日臻完善的法治方向不断探索与继续发展。Law-abiding pedagogy is an interdisciplinary course of law,pedagogy,and psychology and teaches citizens how to abide law.It is necessary and feasible for China to open this course.It studies all the problems of law-abiding education and adopts the researching methods of philosophy,law,pedagogy,psychology and sociology.Its theory system reflects some content of interdisciplinary course and is an open one needing development toward the government of law.
