摘　　要：高职新生入学教育,是高职院校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,也是高职学生在学习期间整个教育过程的一个重要环节。此项工作需要得到高度重视,各部门密切配合。教育的内容要全面合理,教育的方法要切合实际。通过入学教育使高职新生提高认识,转变观念,适应环境,进入角色,为在高职院校新的学习生活打下良好的基础。The entrance education for higher vocational freshmen is the important composing part of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, as well as the important link in the process of higher vocational students＇ whole education during their study. This workshould be paid higher attention to, and each department should cooperate with each other closely. The education content should be comprehensive and reasonable, and the education method should be practical. Through entrance education higher vocational increase their understanding, and change concept for adapting to environment and playing their role. It lays a goed foundatinn to their new study life in higher vocational colleges,
