摘　　要：德国应用技术大学在四十余年的发展历程中,以其特色和质量成为世界各国职业教育学习和效仿的对象,它面向应用、面向实际,在校企合作、培养方式和师资水平等方面体现了其本质,特色鲜明。我国高等教育目前处于转型期,它的成功经验对推进我国应用型本科教育,培养高层次技术型、应用型人才具有重要的现实意义。German university of applied sciences, whose features and quality are followed by other vocational e- ducation all over the world in the over 40 years course of development, geared to needs of application and reality, shows its distinctive features about school-enterprise cooperation, training model and training of teachers. Its success has practical significance for the training of high-level technical and practical talents as well as the development of practical undergraduate education in China.
