摘　　要：高职教育的特点和规律决定了顶岗实习对于高职学生学业的重要性和不可或缺性。但现实问题是,校企合作深度不够,导致高职顶岗实习普遍存在实效性不足的问题。高职院校应探索建立顶岗实习实效性运行机制,创新顶岗实习项目化管理模式,真正实现高技能人才的校企联合培养。Determined by the features and inner disciplines of higher vocational education, the internship is very important and indispensible for the students＇ development. What we have yet to face is that the loose integration between colleges and enterprises, which results in the shortage of efficiency in the internship. The exploration of setting up an efficiency mechanism of internship and innovating in the project management mode can really help cultivate highly skilled talents between vocational colleges and enterprises.
