摘  要:调查西安市居民对食品安全知识的认知、态度与行为的现状,并讨论其影响因素。采取问卷调查的方式,在西安市随机抽取了600份西安市及周边乡镇居民进行问卷调查。529份调查结果显示,西安市居民对食品安全知识的掌握程度一般,其周边城镇乡村居民对食品安全知识的掌握程度较差,但是广大居民对于了解食品安全知识的态度是积极的;学历、年龄都是影响因素,学历越高,食品安全知识掌握程度越好。49.15%的城乡居民对日常生活中的食品表示担忧,农民、低学历、高年龄群体应该是食品安全普及活动的重点对象。To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice status about food safety among residents in Xi'an and discuss the influence factors. 600 residents are investigated with the self-developed questionnaire on the knowledge and attitude toward food safety. According to the results of the surveys of 529, the residents in Xi'an have low level in food safety knowledge. And the rural residents surrounding Xi'an have lower level in food safety knowledge. But the attitude to acquire food safety knowledge of the residents is active. Education background and age effect it. The higher educational level the customers has, the higher level knowledge about food safety they have 49.15% of residents are anxious about the food safety status. It is very necessary to popularize food safety knowledge among the elders, people with poor education and rural population.
