摘 要:基于N市高中教师的抽样调查,分析了其TPACK总体水平及不同背景教师的差异情况。研究发现:高中教师的TPACK总体处于中等水平,且TPACK各维度均值分布不匀;高中教师TPACK表现出非常显著的性别差异;不同教龄段教师的TK、PK、PCK、TPCK差异显著,TPK的差异临界显著,而在其他维度上不存在显著的教龄差异;不同学历和学科教师的TPACK水平存在差异,但学科差异未达到显著水平。基于该结论,文章提出促进教师TPACK发展的建议。Based on the survey of senior high school in the city of N, the article launches an analysis about the overall level and difference of TPACK about teachers with different backgrounds. It finds that the TPACK of senior high school teachers is at a moderate level, the distribution of the level about each dimension is uneven; TPACK of the senior high school teachers displays significant difference in gender; different teaching age segments teachers display the significant difference in the three dimensions such as TK, PK, PCK and TPCK. It shows difference of TPACK among teachers who have different levels of education and are from different subjects. Based on the study conclusion, the article gives some advice for promoting the development of teachers' TPACK.
