摘　　要：媒介融合的时代背景促使新闻学专业人才培养模式产生深刻变革,作为地方高等学校的新闻学专业人才培养必须树立大新闻、大传播、全媒体、复合型人才培养理念,毕业生不仅要有扎实的理论基础和系统的专业知识,还要有较强的实践能力和创新精神。以实践能力为主线构建新闻学专业模块化递进式实践教学体系,并以阶梯式实践教学的创新实施为媒介融合时代的人才培养提供了前提和保障。In the media convergence time, the talent training mode of journalism major will be very profound changes. It must set up the complex talents cultivation concept with big news, big spread, and the media. The students should not only have a solid theoretical basis and system of professional knowledge, but also have strong ability of practical and innovative spirit. The practical teaching of university news major must make the corresponding adjustment and transformation in the training goal, practice pattern, curriculum and assessment way and so on, in order to enable students to satisfy the increasing social and the time demands.
