重庆农村小学英语教师专业发展现状

摘　　要：通过发放问卷和访谈的方式,从专业情感、专业知能等方面调查了重庆市农村小学英语教师专业发展的现状。结果表明,重庆市农村小学英语教师大多数热爱本职工作,学科专业知识掌握较好,但学科教育理论较薄弱,创新教育能力较弱等。提出了完善知识结构、加强创新能力培养的常态化建设、注重专业培训的理论支撑与实践操作等对策。Through questionnaires and interviews, an investigation is conducted into rural primary English teachers＇ current development in terms of their professional emotion, knowledge and ability. The result shows that most of the rural primary English teachers love their career, and have a good mastery of the profession, but are comparatively impoverished in their educational theories and the ability of education innovation. Hence, the paper proposes some countermeasures to improve teachers＇ knowledge structure, normalize the construction of promoting innovation ability, strengthen theoretic training and enhance the ability to put theory into practice.
