摘 要:目的:探讨植物乳杆菌LIP-1的降血脂作用及其机理。方法:将24只雄性Wistar大鼠按体重分为正常对照组、高脂模型组及实验组,其中后两组给予高脂饲料喂养,并每日给上述3组分别灌胃0.9%生理盐水、脱脂乳和活菌制剂,28d后测定相关指标。结果:实验组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯和丙二醛含量明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.05),而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量和血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物活力明显高于高脂模型组(P<0.05);肝脏组织匀浆中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力明显高于高脂模型组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.05),肝脏中的胆固醇含量明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.05),粪便中的胆固醇及短链脂肪酸含量明显高于高脂模型组(P<0.05)。结论:植物乳杆菌LIP-1对高脂血症大鼠有明显的降血脂作用,其作用机理涉及抗氧化作用在内的多种途径。Objective: To investigate the effect of L. plantarum LIP-1 on blood lipid-lowering and antioxidant activity in the hyperlipidemia rats. Method:24 Wistar male rats were divided into three groups:control group, model group and test group. The control group was fed normal diet. The model and test groups were fed high fat diet. The control group was given 0.9% NaCl while the test and model group were given viable cells of L. plantarum LIP-1 and skim milk for 28 d, respectively. Then the serum lipids, anti-oxidation activity of serum and liver, liver and fecal cholesterol, fecal total bile acids and short-chain fatty acids were measured. Results: The serum level of TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA in the test group were significantly lower(P〈0.05) than those in model group and the serum level of HDL-C and the activi- ty of GSH-Px were significantly higher (P〈0.05) than those in model group. The activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue ho- mogenate significantly higher (P〈0.05) than those in model group and MDA in liver tissue homogenate significantly lower (P〈0.05) than those in model group. The test group had a significant reduction in liver cholesterol content (P〈0.05) and an increase in fecal cholesterol content compared to the model group (P〈0.05). Fecal short-chain fatty acids was signifi- cantly higher in rats fed L. plantarum LIP-1 than the model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: L. plantarum LIP-1 has a pos- itive effect on the blood lipid in the hyperlipidemia rats. A s^gnificant relationship was noted between the hycholes- terolemic effect of L. plantarum LIP-1 and its anti-oxidation activity. The mechanisms behind the hypocholesterolemic effect of L. plantarum LIP-1 is likely to be diverse and will need further investigations.
