蛹虫草液体发酵产虫草素研究

摘　　要：以蛹虫草液体发酵菌丝体为原料,通过超声、微波方法提取蛹虫草中的虫草素,超声提取时间为20min;微波功率为200W,微波提取时间为110s,提取得到虫草素结晶体,含量是0.006mg/g。以虫草素为指标,通过正交试验确定蛹虫草液体发酵条件,虫草素含量最高的方案为:接种量15%,温度25℃,转数140r/min,培养时间96h。Using ultrasonic- and microwave-assisted extraction method, the cordycepin was extracted from Cordyceps militaris mycelia prepared by liquid fermentation. The yield of cordycepin crystal was 0.006mg/g when the ultrasonic treatment time was 20min, microwave power was 200W and microwave treatment time was 110s. With cordycepin yield as evaluation index, the liquid fermentation conditions of Cordyceps militatis myceliawere determined by orthogonal test as follows： inoculum 15%, fermentation temperature 25℃, rotary speed 140r/min and fermentation time 96h.
