摘　　要：创建科研特色是民族院校特色化发展战略的重要路径。各民族院校应结合自身特点,通过加快科研平台建设、提升科研创新能力、强化科研特色发展及突出科研队伍建设等途径,不断探索创建科研特色的方式方法;虽然取得了一定的成绩,但与民族地区经济社会发展对科研自主创新能力的动态需求相比,其科研特色创建尚存在着科研竞争力较弱、人才素质有待提高、科研经费相对不足、科研平台层次不高及科研发展不平衡等症结;适应创新型国家发展需要,应采取经济的、人才的、体制机制等方面政策措施,不断推动民族院校科研特色创建工作迈上新台阶。The establishing of scientific research features is an important way to the characteristic develop- ment of ethnic universities and colleges. The ethnic universities and colleges should unremittingly explore the way and method of establishing scientific research features by combining their own characteristics, speeding up the building of scientific research platform, raising scientific research innovation ability, strengthening develop- ment of scientific research feature and the building of have been made, however, compared with the changing minority concentrated area for independent innovation of scientific research personnel, etc. Some achievements demand of the economic and social development of the scientific research, there are still some sticking points in the establishing of scientific research features, such as weak in competition of scientific research, personnel makings should be raised further, shortage of scientific research expenditure, low level of scientific research unbalanced development of scientific research, and so on. In order to adapt to the innovative national development demand, policies and measures in aspects of economy, personnel, system, etc. continuously raising the work of establishing scientific research features of ethnic universities new level. should be taken, and colleges to a new level.
