摘  要:针对当前高职学校教师隐性流失现象,提出应从高职教师的特征出发,以心理契约为基础,构建高职教师激励机制的设想。指出设计机制过程中,一方面,要依据外在奖酬价值的心理契约,完善薪酬体系;另一面,要依据高职教师不同发展阶段心理,制定符合不同的心理契约的激励措施。For vocational school teachers recessive loss phenomenon, put forward that we should start from the characteristics of vocational teachers, based psychological contract to build a vocational teacher incentive mechanism envisaged. Pointed out that the process of design mechanism, on the one hand, based on the psychological contract value of extrinsic reward, improve the pay system; other side of the psychological basis Vocational teachers in different stages of development, the development of psychological contract incentives.
