摘  要:随着来华留学生教育事业蓬勃发展,2011年在华学习留学生首次突破29万人。留学生层次也由本科延伸到硕士和博士各个层次的学历教育,而外国留学生所表现出的文化差异,给管理工作带来了难点。本文剖析我国高等学校跨文化管理现状及管理的难点,分析来华留学生文化差异的原因和体现,进而重点提出针对来华留学生跨文化管理的对策,将软性的文化导入和硬性的制度管理相辅相成,以对来华留学生进行有效的跨文化管理。As China's foreign-students education career booming, the international students breakthrough 26 million people in 2011, students levels extends from under graduate to all levels of education which includes master and Ph. D. The cultural differences that international students has showed, brings difficulties to management. This essay analyzes status quo an difficulties of cross-cultural management in our colleges, and then it analyzes the reason and reflection of cultures differences, that specially putting forwards the counter measures to the cross-cultural management of foreign students ,making the effective cross-cultural management among international students by soft cultural import and special system of management.
