摘 要:为寻找新的改善卷烟吸食品质的方法,研究了通过改变水的性质来提升烟丝对料液吸收性能的加料过程,结果表明:电气石处理水的分子聚集体变小,用其稀释的料液应用于卷烟加料,烟丝致香成分有所增加,表明烟丝可以更好地吸收料液;通过烟丝糖碱比、再造烟叶对料液的吸收率的分析结果,进一步表明了电气石处理水可增强烟丝对料液的吸收性能。In order to find new ways to improve the eigarotte sensory quality, the easing process was studied through the property change of water to improve the tobacco cut absorbing capacity for easing liquid. The results showed that the size of water duster reduced when treated with tourmaline and the flavor compounds in tobacco cuts increased when added with easing liquid diluted with the water, which showed that more easing liquid could be absorbed. Through the analysis of ratio of sugar and nicotine and reconstitute tobacco absorbing capacity for cas- ing liquid, the effect of tourmaline treated water on the tobacco cuts absorbing capacity was confirmed.
