基于自主学习的阅读档案在英语课外阅读能力培养中的运用

摘　　要：本文在分析我国目前英语学习者在英语课外阅读学习现状的基础上，认为要提升学生的英语阅读能力仅仅依靠课堂教学是远远不够的。在对自主学习理论研究的基础上，提出通过帮助学生建立阅读档案，确定自己的课外阅读目标以及阅读内容和方法，并确定自己的一套评价体系的能力，进而实现课外阅读的自我计划、自我监控、自我评价；通过指导学生阅读技巧，精心选择阅读材料，逐步发展学生的课外自主阅读能力，为其终身英语学习奠定基础。Based on the theory of autonomous learning, the paper analysed some main problems English learners are confronted with in their English extracurricular reading, and explored how teachers can help them form reading portfolios, self- plan, self-monitor and self-evaluation and improve their extracurricular autonomous learning capability in order to lay the solid foundation for their life-long English learning.
