摘　　要：随着中国工业化进程的加快和产业结构的调整,社会对熟练掌握高精尖设备操作技术人才的需求量越来越大,具有技术革新和创造力的高级技能人才在正值基础设施建设大潮的中国供不应求,随之,各类职业院校如雨后春笋般拨地而起,职业院校如何以就近原则服务区域经济发展,区域经济如何为高等职业教育提供更好的环境,成为当地政府、高校负责人、区域经济研究者普遍关注的问题。文章以共生理论为基础,以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例探索地方职业技能教育与区域经济的共生发展模式。With the accelerated process of industrialization in China and the adjustment of industrial structure,the demand for person who master the sophisticated equipment operating and technical is growing, Skilled personnel with technical innovation and creativity is in short supply at a time when the tide of infrastructure construction in China, following this, various types of vocational schools springing up like dial sky, Vocational schools how to service regional e- conomic development by the principle of proximity, has been an issue of common concern of the local government. person in charge of universities and regional economic researchers.
