摘 要:青少年作为数字社会的主要实践者,一方面要充分享有数字社会的权利来实践数字化生存,同时更应做一个负责任的数字公民,承担应有的责任。本文从数字公民责任的内涵与青少年数字公民责任意义入手,提出数字公民责任的基本构成要素,阐述数字公民教育的基本内容与途径,以期为培养合格数字公民及创建和谐有序发展的数字社会提供参考。Flowing the digital society constructing, digital citizen is coming into being. The same to the real society, Digital society also need its citizens to undertake certain civic responsibilities in order to regulate the digital behaviors and relationship in digital society. As the main practitioners of the digital society, teenagers fully enjoy the right and life of digital society, on the other hand, they also should be a responsible digital citizen to shoulder the responsibility. This paper started with the relating of the connotation of digital civic responsibility and the discussion of the necessity and urgency of the digital civic responsibility education. In this paper,the basic content and way of digital civic education are explored generally , the basic elements of digital citizen responsibility are put presented. Hopefully, this paper provides some suggestion for training the qualified digital citizens and creating a harmonious and orderly developing digital society.
