摘 要:从2010学年起,淮南师范学院的大学英语教学实施了分级教学模式。该模式近两年的实施,使大学英语教师能够更有针对性地开展教学,进而更好地满足了不同英语起点的学生的英语学习需求。但是,在分级教学的同时,教材的选用、激励机制的建立和分级教学的覆盖面等方面的改革还未跟上,还需在今后的教学中不断完善。Multi-level teaching model has been adopted by Huainan Normal University in its college English teaching reform since 2010. In this model college English teachers give instructions with the students in mind clearly. Therefore, the students with different language basis can satisfy themselves with their requirement for English learning. However, there are some deficiencies in this model, such as the shortage of different textbooks for students in different levels, the lack of excitation mechanism, and more students should be included in. All the deficiencies need be improved in the practice.
