摘　　要：党的十八大指明了教育发展的根本方向——努力办好人民满意的教育;强调了教育的基础地位——必须坚持教育优先发展;描绘了教育发展的基本目标——努力建设教育强国;明确了教育的基本方针——始终都要做到立德树人;阐释了教育发展的时代主题——全面实施素质教育;指出了教育发展的关键与重点——大力促进教育公平与加强师资队伍建设;作出了教育发展的重大部署——统筹兼顾各级各类教育发展;提出了教育发展的新要求——把握内部与外部对教育的新期待。这些内容需要我们认真学习,深刻领会,以推进教育事业的科学发展。The report to the 18th National Congress of CPC in relation to education is not so much but rich in content. The report indicates the fundamental orientation of educational development making great efforts to run education to the satisfaction of the people, emphasizes the leading position of educational development giving priority to the development of education, describes the fundamental objective of educational development striving to build a powerful nation of education, explicits the fundamental policy of education always adhering to moral education first, explains the main themes of the times of educational development fully carrying out quality education, points out the keys and the emphases of educational development promoting impartial education and improving teachers＂ quality, makes the great deployment of educational development making overall plans for the development of education at all levels, and puts forward the new claim of educational development understanding the new expectation for education from all aspects. All of these need us to learn seriously and understand profoundly.
