摘　　要：作为一种曾经发挥重大作用且创造辉煌历史的教育形式,20世纪80、90年代中师教育的成功与魅力主要体现在:稳定而优质的教育生源、积极而稳固的专业性向、主动而高效的班级管理、"单一"而"丰富"的校园文化、缄默而濡化的代际影响等五个方面。对待中师教育办学传统,我们须秉持继承与创新、开拓与超越的基本态度,以推进当代教师教育的和谐高效发展。With great success in educational practice, secondary, normal education has shown its glorious history in the 1980sand 1990s in the following five aspects： stable and talented student pool, positive and firm profession orienta- tion, active and effective class management, simple but colorful campus culture, silent and accukural generation influ- ence. Therefore, a positive attitude towards the traditional secondary normal education should be maintained in the process of developing modern normal education.
