摘　　要：教师是一个学校发展的根本,而校长则是引领教师发展的核心引导力量。灾后教育重建中,教师的发展是灾区教育向高位发展的关键。要实现这一目标,作为学校领导核心的校长必须走科学的专业发展的道路,将自身的专业发展融入灾后教育重建中,通过自身的专业行为,推动学校教师的科学、健康发展。The teacher plays a fundamental role in a school＇s development,and the head teacher of a school plays the core role in leading teachers to realize their development. In the process of postdisaster education reconstruction, teachers＇ development is the key to the development of education to a high level in disaster areas.To realize such an objective,the head teacher,as the core of the leading power,must take the course of scientific professional developmem in the postdisaster reconstruction of education and promote the scientific and healthy develop- ment of the teacher through his own professional activities.
