摘 要:厘清德育实效性的涵义是把握德育实效评估尺度的前提和基础。德育实效性评估中的"合需要性"与"合目标性"两个尺度统一于人的本质规定性。从方法手段、目标内容、理念等层面对德育低效作出归因,发现正是由于未充分认识德育对象的主体性存在与德育系统的运行目标之间的深层同一关系,而未能揭示问题实质。Clarifying the meaning of the actual effect of moral education is the premise and the foundation to grasp assessment scale of the actual effect of moral education. In the assessment of moral education, conformity with demand of students and conformity with objective of moral education are dialectical in the essence of human. The root cause that makes attribution of low - effect moral education in the method, target , contents and ideas, cannot be found because the relationship between the Subjective existence of the target of moral education and the goal of moral education system are realized adequately.
