摘　　要：根据合作学习和随岗实践的相关理论，提出了小组合作式随岗实践教学模式，并以宣武电大行政管理专业专科的实践——社会调查为例，论述了该模式的组织和实施，对比了实施效果，提出了该模式存在的优势和劣势。According to cooperative learning theory and theory of practice in learner＇s post, this study proposes the cooperative practice teaching mode in learner＇s post, taking administration specialty practice social survey in Xuanwu Radio and TV University as an example. The article discusses the organization and implementation of this practice teaching mode, compares the effect of implementation, analyzes the existing advantages and disadvantages of this mode.
