摘　　要：结合历年辽宁省高校研究与试验投入统计数据,采用补充残差和加权平均的方法对传统的GM(1,1)模型进行改进,分析并预测辽宁省高校研发投入强度。通过预测结果,表明改进的GM(1,1)模型大幅提高了预测精度,给出辽宁省高校研究与试验投入强度的发展趋势。Considering R＆D investment data of I2aoning province university, this paper uses the supplementary residuals and weighted average method to improve the traditional GM（1,1） model, analyzes and forecasts R＆D investment intensity. The prediction results show that improved GM（1,1） model greatly improves the accuracy of the predictions, and gives the development trend of strength.
