摘　　要：本文阐述了"校中厂、厂中校"人才培养模式的重要性,通过改革能提高学生实际动手能力、培养职业素养,积累职业经验。改革的主要难点在于制定合适的人才培养方案、培养优秀的师资团队、建设生产性实训基地。本文最后提到了实现"校中厂,厂中校"人才培养模式的具体方式。This article describes the importance of talents cultivation mode of ＂school in factory, factory in school＂. Through reform, it can improve students＂ hands-on ability, develop professionalism and accumulate professional experience. The main difficulty of reform is to develop suitable training programmes and excellent team of teachers, and build productive practice and training base. This article puts forward the specific ways to achieve the talent training mode of ＂school in factory, factory in school＂.
