示范院校校企合作体制机制创新的实践与探索

摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校谋求可持续发展的重要举措,而体制机制滞后严重制约着校企合作的深度和广度。南通纺织职业技术学院在校企合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展等体制机制方面创新实践,取得了良好的效果。为加强校企合作体制机制创新,高职院校应建立互惠共赢运行、人才资源共享、利益分享和人事管理、分配制度等在内的一系列运行机制。School-enterprise cooperation is important for vocational colleges to seek sustainable development, while the lagging system severely restricts the extent of school-enterprise cooperation. Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College, after making innovation in school-enterprise cooperation of running school, cultivating talents and employment, has made some achievements. To strengthen the innovative system of school-enterprise cooperation, vocational colleges should establish systems in win-win practice, sharing of talents, benefit share and personnel management and distribution.
